I realized it's been a while since I checked out your blog. I'm so sorry Zach was sick - it is horrible when your child is sick and you can't make it better. But, boy, you have been lucky to make it this long! I imagine it has a lot to do with it being winter in Alaska when he was little - he wasn't out enough to get exposed to much.
So what are you going back to school for - and where and when, etc, etc. Are you working on a degree, or proram, or continuing a degree? I didn't realize that was in the works. Will your long leave cause a problem?

I think it also has a lot to do with no daycare...although I think that's good and bad, lol.
The answer that comes to mind regarding why I am going back to school is...because I can? It's free. I have my Bachelor's in Business (not using that much, lol). I want to get my Master's degree...not sure what in. I could keep going business or I could do something interesting...either way I am sure I'll never actually use it, lol. And yes, I just figured out that I can't start this semester b/c of our trip. Which really puts a damper on all future trips as well. That's a head scratcher.
